​BuildUp’s vision is for all Washingtonians to have an equitable opportunity for success in state registered apprenticeship and union careers in the construction and building trades. 
BuildUp offers support services for qualified Apprentices and Pre-Apprentices.  Funding of support services may cover application fee's, initiation and union dues, work wear, transportation assistance, tools.
